DALLAS, TX - November 29, 2006. Syngence, LLC announced that it has licensed its Syngence Processing Software (SPS) to nationwide litigation support service provider Xact, Inc.
SPS is an extremely powerful, industrial-strength processing system that includes content search and navigation technology, Synthetix®, and the highly regarded, litigation proven Syndex™ Auto-Coding system. SPS works on both electronic and paper based data collections. Synthetix searching has proven to be particularly effective on large electronic collections where quickly finding smoking gun e-mails is very important. Synthetix is integrated into Concordance, LiveNote, iCONECT, CaseMap, CaseLogistix, IPRO View and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Xact, Inc. provides EDD services to law firms and corporate legal departments across the United States, and has an industry-recognized reputation for excellence in the use of technology in the discovery process. The company plans to implement SPS as a standard processing step for all incoming EDD projects. Syngence will provide initial marketing and sales support, as well as ongoing technical support to Xact to properly leverage the new offerings in the marketplace.
