DALLAS and SEATTLE - Syngence Corporation, an industry leader in e-discovery and content analytics solutions, today appointed Randall D. Miles as chief executive officer. Serving previously as the company's CFO, Miles brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in revenue growth and business development to Syngence's executive management team.

Miles replaces George Noga who left the company to pursue other interests.

"We intend to further strengthen our position in the market channels we already serve, and to expand into adjacent markets where we can leverage our integrated suite of products."
In addition to the significant investment banking experience he has gained from advising both established and developing organizations during a long career on Wall Street, Miles has also held executive-level positions in which he guided public and privately held organizations in the technology and financial services sectors to more rapid growth. Miles also serves on the board of directors of several growth companies and non-profit organizations.
