Quality Assurance Analyst

Syngence, a fully automated document indexing and unique search technology service and software company based in Dallas, TX has an opening for a Quality Assurance Analyst.

We are seeking an individual with software testing experience. Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks and projects; requires flexibility in work schedule and must be a quick learner. Responsible for testing new versions of Syngence application and utility software releases including bug tracking. QAA will work closely with Development and Operations to provide test results and functionality feedback. Also responsible for data review or QA prior to client release to ensure Syngence requirements for high quality results are met, includes data sets for litigation review and production.

Work Status: U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Citizenship Permanent Resident required.
