Production Support Analyst

Syngence, a fully automated document indexing and unique search technology service and software company based in Dallas, TX has an opening for a Production Support Analyst.

We are seeking an individual with strong technical aptitude as well as hands on project management and delivery background. Experience using file editors, file transfer programs (FTP), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access (or other database applications), WinZip and web browser support required. A strong working knowledge of Windows 2000, networking and desktop PC/laptop configuration is preferred. Knowledge of Litigation Document Management software such as Concordance, Summation and/or iCONECT is a plus, as well as experience writing VB scripts and/or SQL queries.

Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks and projects; requires flexibility in work schedule and must be a quick learner. Responsible for prequalification of data; processing and delivery of output data in various formats; iCONECTnxt hosting administration, and phone and e-mail support of Syngence software and services.

PSA will provide customer and/or technical support to paralegals, technical staff, attorneys, and 3rd party vendors to coordinate production, manage and resolve issues and provide input and support as a member of an exciting, innovative, growing organization.

Work Status: U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Citizenship Permanent Resident required.
